01 How long is the immigration process to Canada?
There isn't a simple question when it comes to timelines in any immigration process. We can only give estimated timelines for processing of application depending on the type of application we are submitting. It may vary from 6 months to 8 months on average for Express Entry Stream (Federal Skilled Workers Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, Canadian Experience Class) which is the most popular immigration program among all immigrants.
02 Can I move to Canada without a post-secondary education?
There are over 100 immigration programs available all over Canada as of now. While most of them do require a post-secondary education along with work experience, some provincial programs (for example Atlantic Pilot Program) require only high school diploma.
03 Can I sponsor my parents to Canada?
The parental sponsorship program is currently available in Canada. There are certain eligibility requirements that need to be met in order to qualify for parental sponsorship. In particular, there are requirements to meet the Minimum Threshold of Income to be able to sponsor your parents in order to sponsor them.
